About Blue Phoenix Counseling
Blue Phoenix Counseling provides a safe non-judgmental space to process and heal from life's challenges and trauma. It is my goal to assist you in finding a new perspective and wisdom that you can apply in your daily life to improve your overall happiness and wellbeing. We are in this together, and my approach is to meet you where you are and assist you in becoming your best self. Life's challenges and trauma can bring us down and hinder our spirit, dimming our light. Happiness is an inside job. In order for light to radiate throughout; it has to radiate from within. Blue Phoenix will assist you in finding your light. I am patient centered in my therapeutic approach.
EXPERIENCE
I graduated with my master's in social work in 2011 and received my LCSW certification in 2014. My experience has been in a variety of treatment settings, including Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Programs, Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Programs and Outpatient Clinics with individuals & groups. This experience has developed a skill set that can apply to a variety of clinical needs. I am patient centered in my therapeutic approach. This involves implementing one or more therapeutic methods to ensure each patient's individual needs are met.
